What is mark’s return policy?
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee states, ‘If you’re not happy, we’re not’. Just return the product and include your receipt along with the product to ensure a proper adjustment. It’s that simple.

You should have received a Returns Form along with your order. It includes a mailing label that you can use to ship your unwanted product(s) back, as well as all of the instructions that you will need in order to receive a proper credit or replacement. To receive credit for products ordered, please follow the directions below:

• Complete the return form that was included with your order
• Return merchandise in the original container with the packing slip
• Attach the pre-addressed shipping label

Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
